Not sure if this has been asked or not but here it goes. How can a dealership advertise they are selling a Borla CatBack exhaust on their tC's when it is an AxleBack?

Well, if they are stupid, I must be stupider because I feel for it approximately 2 years ago when I bout my 07 tC with a "Borla CatBack Exhaust System." Go figure.....

 

do your homework before you buy...thats all i can tell you

 

Yep ther are only afew cat back exhausts out ther for the tC........the Agency Power is the one I am gonna put on ours.........it sounds great and looks great too.

 

Well, I contacted Scion directly and they are researching why this dealership is advertising theses exhausts as CatBacks and going to get back to me. Even the Scion rep I spoke to said it did not sound right.

 

make sure to have proof that they are advertising it as a cat-back. good luck.

 

^x2 because when i went to the scion dealership and was looking into exhausts they told me that they had TRD axleback and Borla axleback never once did they say anything about either of them being cat-backs. THEN i joined scionlife and found out what CRAP they both are sooooo i bought my injen ses exhaust along with a megan mid-pipe and havent stopped loving it yet.!!!!

 

Thanks I still have the original window sticker that came on the car that shows "Borla CatBack" so hopefully something will go my way. I always told the wife it is a good thing to hold onto stuff like that.
