So I sent my car to Merchants for a state inspection and they failed me because of my tinted taillights. WTF? I've had those taillights and have gotten pulled over numerous times and the cops never said anything. So now they're saying I need to either remove them or put on some stocks. I just need to borrow some to pass in the Northern VA area. Help! Thanks.
