Ipod Control On T1809 Premium Head Unit
Hey guys, I have a 2008 XB. I can't go between albums when I have it set to iPod. I can only switch between songs, and when I want to listen to a different album, I have to disconnect the iPod and switch that way. Obviously unsafe while driving. I can't find a manual anywhere for this head unit. What am I missing here? There has to be a way to go from album to album and from playlists to playlist without disconnecting the iPod right?

if you hate doing that then you can switch the headunit to iPod Direct Control mode. turn off the HU (with the PWR button no tricks here) and press and hold the MENU button. it will beep and a "secret" menu will pop up. turn the dial over to IPOD and "click" the dial (press in?). and it will turn on the iPod Direct Control. now you can select songs with the iPod.
