C pillar good location for subs?
yeah i know....I would need to dynomate it on both sides. but do you think a 8 inch on both sides would sound good? I was thinking of doing a shallow 8 inch sub? I need some help here since I want to keep the spare and I not wanting a big box since I am a indoor lacrosse goalie-I have big bags.
thanks for the ideas...

The Rumion has its subwoofer in the C-pillar but it's only a 6" I believe. You can actually purchase it from newscionparts.com. I think 2 8" subs would sound good back there but I would imagine that it would take a lot of work to make sure they're secure and won't come flying toward your head in a frontal collision.
I may be biased, but here is my favorite solution:

...looks like my pictures aren't showing up at the moment. I have them hosted on scionpix but they've been having issues for some time. I'm out of town for the weekend but I'll try and put the pictures up on a different server someday soon.

cool, i like the ideas. i am trying to think of everything. I play indoor lacrosse as a goalie. My bag is a huge 42in roller bag and i also have the goalie stick bag too. so i need to extra space. I was also thinking of doing 6in subs in the C pillars and then 8's in a custom floor box that will allow me to keep the spare tire.
i know i got some work.......
