Default Hankook radials tires

Does anyone here have these tires on their tC? I did a search and couldn't really find any relevant info or reviews about this tire. Just want someone's insight on them and also how many miles they would last. I am leaning towards in purchasing a set of 225/40 18s for my enkei wheels.

Any insightful info about these tires would be greatly appreciated.

Which tire exactly are you talking about? I have the RS2s on my enkei wheels and the grip is amazing, but I am not sure about treadwear as I have only had them for a couple months now. Hope that helps.

I have had 2 sets on 2 different cars and was very impressed for just about every reason-quiet, price, traction wet or dry and wear (I had the k406 or 106-anyway)

I was impressed.

try 1010tire for a review-I think they sell them.

Cool, thanks for the input! How many miles does the tread usually last on these tires? I don't usually drive aggressive, but do get tempted on sharp turns every once in a while.

I am also deciding on whether I should get the Hankook radials or Falken ZE 912. Does any here have any experience w/ either and can point me in the right direction on which to purchase?

Thanks!

The Falken 912's are quitter and will give you better performance than the Hankook Radial K106. The K106's will out last the Falkens, but they are really not that great in the wet. My wife had them on her Civic and I hated them for the fact that they were extremely loud and hydroplained in standing still water. I suggest Falken all the way. They are on my tC and I love them.

Thanks for the input Leo. I am now leaning towards the Falkens.
