Reverse Highbeam...
First of all I would like to say I know this is a dumb Idea, don't flame me, this is just one of my brain fart moments.
But yeah, wouldn't it be funny, if some duechebag was tailgating you on the freeway at night, when there are other lanes available, and he high beams you. And I'm talking in extreme cases, where these bastards decide not to leave you alone. What do you do? what do you do? You surprise the living hell out of him with a high beam of your own! A switch that automatically lifts the hatch revealing a giant spotlight! mwuahahahahaha *snickers* it's evil. Or like a giant strobe light! Then you release the oil lever, a reserve tube positioned behind the rear wheels, releasing a perfect trail of oil, once he sees the light he'll be shock, step on the brakes, but oh no! tires sliding! why? what's going on? then pop pop!!confused, He also ran over the trail of spikes that cames out after the trail oil. And with that it's over.
JUSTICE!!

I'd say just flip them the bird...
If that doesn't work, I'd let them go and follow them from a distance... then when they get to their destination... I'd park away from a distance and sneak up to their car... then I'd shove a couple of toothpicks into their doorlocks and break off the ends.
Now this used to be more effective before the days of keyless entry, but the driver would find that he couldn't unlock his doors or get into his car. It was enough to ____ them off, but not as bad as keying their paint.
The toothpicks are more of a practical joke,

Now that is a train horn, Nathan K5. I don't even think it would fit in the cargo area of a tC. I had toyed with the idea of placing a K5 on my Dodge Ram, but it would have to be mounted in the bed of the truck as there is not enough room underneath near the frame rails.
before i bought my tc, i had a isuzu rodeo, and was involved on a few forums and carclubs, and its getting to be the norm to run "trail lights" around your car, especially in the back. one of the guys i met when we went on a trail run did this from time to time to cars that were tailgating, and it worked with amazing accuracy, just not the safest thing to do.
