Default problem with new rims and tires

Well i got my car lowered on h techs the other day, lovem.. Then i got kdw'2 tires mounted on 18 inch rims.. when they did it for me they said the rims were slightly worped and when spun on the machine they had a little up and down play to them. So since ive had these rims for almost a year just wasnt with my car for a while, i need to use them.. Well my problem is there vibration it the steering wheel at like 70-90.. It also feels wierd and unstable at higher speeds, like the steering wheel will move around on little bumps and at high speed i can move the steering wheel left to right about an inch without it turning the car, which gives me an unsafe feeling.. And last on hard breaking the st. wheel vibrates too.. well any help would bw great?
