just put some screws back in and paint them with touch up paint. its simple and if you ever get pulled over you can just slap your plate on.

i figured i'd just paint them and screw them back on. but i was just curious also for the fact that i know some other cars have there own specific covers simliar to the ones on the s2000.

Here is the thing to do: Go to Kragen Auto and go to their liscense-plate frame aisle. They sell plastic covers for your liscense-plate screws (and the little package even comes with replacement screws). Take out the front liscense plate and its screws. Replace with the new screws and plastic screw-covers you just purchased. You can leave the screw covers black (like I did) or you can paint them. Either way, the plastic screw covers are round and smooth and do not look ghetto. Don't simply paint over the old screws; get the screw covers and pop them over the screws and screw them all the way into your bumper. Looks great for under five bucks!

Cops will be so impressed with your ingenuity that they'll let you get away without having a front liscense plate! (Don't believe this one.)

Good luck.
