I am currently working with the ringing rocks park director to make this go very smooth for everyone.

DO NOT contact ringing rocks yet. Im in the process of getting this worked out where we will all be together and an exact campsite location.

When you are ready to reserve a campsite e-mail or PM me your contact info and you may send me the money via paypal or other arrangements could be made and I will make the reservation for you. That way when you get there we wont have like 50 people trying to check in.

 

dont sound too bad, but say people just want to come for the cookout and not stay over..... how will that work?
