I have the same ones in black. Pretty nice rims. Looks better with your ride height though.

what size tires are you running?

I'm running 225/40ZR/18. I think Hemi is running the same.

how's the ride comfort? how big of a hit did you take on mileage with the 225's??

I'd like to get 18's for mine but I have a 76 mile one way commute daily so mileage is very important to me.

My ride is stiffer than stock, so it doesn't have that "Cadillac" ride anymore. But I think that most of it is coming from the spring and strut upgrade I have, not so much from the tires.

I drive about 80 round trip a day, and 98% is freeway miles. I'm getting around 30 miles per gallon. Probably could be better but I enjoy getting a little crazy at times. :D

cuball, let me know if you notice the drivers side is lower than the passenger side in a few months. I seem to have this issue as well as pickledchang.

Will do...but I have had the springs on the car for about 3 months and both sides are the same. Maybe something shifted on yours. Did you have a dealer mount them?

Naw. I was the R&D vehicle for Tanabe so they put the springs on for as a payment/thank you since they had my car for two days.

Hey Chels you should R&D a new widebody full dry carbon body kit, bumper replacements, so that I wont have to have my car in the shop for another 4months and then be a pal and give it to me! haha

Hey Rio. I like the Whip. I assume the front spoiler is custom. The fogs look sweet! Any idea if something like that is available?

This is the xD on Sprints from the Beginging to now (Lowered 1st week I got it!)

After - On 19" Volks

This is the B-Magic Aero full bumper replacement Body Kit... It is made by AIT Racing and I am actually not sure if it is out yet is was supposed to be, but not sure if it is, so as of right now its 1-off!! The fit was good, it is fiberglass though, but a nice body kit, it changes the entire look of the car. The Sprint Lowering Springs also help the look of the car, sitting 2" lower and hovering right over the 19x8.5 Volks! The fogs dont come with the kit, but the kit is made to fit these fogs only and they ran me $100, but I think they normally run $150-200?

The 19's look sick! I will check out AIT, I want that body kit. I was looking for a little more drop when I purched my NF210's but couldn't find anything at the time. I may have to swap them out later for the Sprints.

Thanks

What is the spring rate of the Sprints? Compaired to the stock coils?

XD_2_NV
08-07-2008, 10:19 PM
They are 25% stiffer than stock...Sprint doesnt give out Spring Rates!!!

I am just curious why did you go NF's? Is it the name? Drop? Only thing available in your area? Suggested? What was it? I am just curious because alot of people luv the SPS (Sprint) drop but end up going NF's...let me know, I am a curious Sprint Ryder!

I chose the NFs because of the ride. I am not as much into the performance as I am on the smoothness of the ride.

I'd have to say that was the selling point for me. The NF210's are only 5% over stock on the springrate. My car is an everday driver into work, 80 miles a day. I woudn't the ride to get to stiff on me. Although mine does get a bit bouncy on the freeway at times. I think it's because of TRD Struts.

How do the Sprints ride? You said they have a 25% increase over the stock coil. That is close to the same as the TRD spring.

Sprint Suspension lowering springs are great, I love them and a lot of the guys on my team that I got hooked up with sprint lowering springs love them too, they are way more aggressive than TRD, you cant even compaire the two, its like night and day to eachother, both height and smoothness. The sprint springs are a 1.5-2" drop and they are 25% stiffer than stock so the rebound rate isnt as big meaning there will be a nicer ride, the ride is actually similar to stock, but lower, not so bouncy, but not stiff like coilovers, they are the most aggresive lowering spring in the industry and you really get your money's worth getting sprint! I have actually had people that are close to me, I let them drive my car and they loved the ride so much that they sold there lowering springs from tenabie and tein and I got them a good price on sprint because of it... soo if you decied that you want to switch to sprint and get a more aggressive feel to your ride and look more aggressive on the road or track I would suggest going with sprint springs and talk to me if you decide to do so!
