It all started this morning around 9:30 am when my zenesis pager woke me up. I got up as quick as I could and put on some pants and a shirt and ran outside with no shoes on. On my way to my car I was able to see the drivers side and looked ok from that angle so I go ahead and check the rear and passenger side and everything is fine. There's another car which alarm went of also, so I'm thinking maybe it was just a loud a$$ car and I just proceeded to go inside again cursing at my alarm for being touchy.

Well I enjoyed my day off playing PS3 all day and by dinner time my wifey is bugging me to go out for dinner, OK WOMAN. Now when I get to my car to open my door.

My Freaking window was torn pretty much laying on the steering wheel and the headrest.

I mean come one, how in the HELL I didn't see that this morning? The damn HVAC thing is ripped off, BUT WAIT; my AVIC-D3 is still there. What a sore loser thief was that? Then it hit me, oooohhhh, 1)the alarm went off and they just ran away Or 2)he saw me running like a maniac towards my car and ran away. Well let's just stick to #2.

I'm just so pi$$ed cuz my car is all jacked up, there's glass all over the place and I have to take care for someone elses stupid mistakes. I might have to repleace the center console plastic deal, I don't know.

On top of that I had to wait for the Sherrif for about 4 hours to be able to get a report done, not their fault really cuz they were pretty busy tonight. It was just frustrating cuz I wanted to get the ball rolling with my insurance company and i was waiting for it.

Man car jacking and break in's in houston are getting crazy. Today at 3am I saw two guys one of them had some type of container and like a 4 foot hose, I saw them trying to pump the gas out of my neighbors truck, called the cops took them a bit to come but they were out there looking for them. Is gas really that expensive now? damn!!
But anyway sorry to hear about your car man, one plus is you still have your Avic :D

 

damn dude sorry to hear about that. Yeah there's a lot of people gettin jacked in my neck of the woods too. My homie came out this morning from his apt complex to find his passenger window shattered and stole his box, amp, and double din. He was all torn up about it when he called me. He's now thinking of selling his box and just get a "normal" car. Sucks.

Funny thing is they took all his audio stuff and failed to see a 1k camera in a backpack he forgot to bring in the night before.

 

Wow. That blows. At least they didn't get your deck, but it totally suck to have your dash ripped apart. I'm sorry that happened. You can't leave your car at our local college anymore. The totally wait for you to leave a jack into your car. Then you see them the next day at the mall selling your stuff. Totally crappy. Anyway.. Good luck and I'm sorry that happened.

 

Its like when someone takes something that belongs to you like say stuff in your car that you worked hard for and then someone comes and takes it. It does put someone people down and they will just give up on it. I remember back in high school I was really good in art, I had a big artbook of my hand drawn b&w pencil drawings full of alot of neat stuff, and someone decided to steal it. I then just gave up on art and drawing to this day.

 

man the same crap happened to my brother's tsx a few months back! stole his passport radar and broke the window...thats it! how flipping annoying! ugh! i swear houston is getting worse and worse! sorry to hear about your car, i hope you get it fixed soon, i would love to see your car in person...well with driver side window and all

 

^ lol. well I just drop the car off over at Tom Peacock Cadillac to get done. We just find out that there's some additional damage done to the pillar right on top of the damn window. i just hope they can get the thing done quick cuz the lancer rental car sucks BALLLLLz big time.

I am not planning on buying anything for my tC because of this reason Couple years ago, I won a bunch of money at a casino and decided to put a nice system in my truck, well a month later it was jacked while I was sleeping. I wasn't too torn up about it, cuz the money put into it was won from a slot machine, plus I blew one of the subs A year later, I saw the same subs on Craigslist, prob mine but I forgot to go take a look at it. Good thing, would have turned out bad if they did turn out to be my stolen subs! Bad, cuz I would have ended up in prison for like murdering the thief

man everything started going down hill when I put the wheels and lip kit on the car. I have had this car for over two years with 5% tints. guess what? I got stop by the sheriff for the first time, three days after the car was done.

normally no one really care to race me, neither do I. well the day after I went with my wife for dinner and on my way back home a freaking Ferrari Maranello stood next to my car on the highway just reving at me trying to go at it. Come on now, what is guy thinking? Next day a mustang gt doing the same thing. two days later I;m on my way to work and this guy on a Civic SI MUGEN edition rode next to my car for about 20 minutes just punching it constantly, honking and what not.

I loooove the way my car looks now, but my goodness man the hostility is driving me INSANE!!

 

i always get harassed where ever i go, its either the wheels or the lip kit, now in days just cause the wheels but my new lip kit will be on soon, guess what...i got it to fit right :D

 

cool man! some people might complain about the side not fitting, but they aren't really bad at all. Just got to know how to do it and have patience.
