Ok will these wheels fit a tC or are they too wide?

they will fit just fine, ive got 18x8.5 and 35 offset sits flush with the fender :) ive got the TRD drop too, only rubs in the rear when 3 passengers are in my car when going over big dips at high speed. you should be coo :)

You should be just fine as long as you are running one of the following three tire sizes:

225/40R18 ***** 235/35R18 ***** 245/35R18

I just tried a Fondmetal 17x7 +30 on the wifes tC. They fit well but the car made the wheels look like 15's...lol
