Default Gothbox paint questions.

ok so I am about 95% sure I am going to repaint gothbox white, mostly cause I have always loved the white xBs, and so I can run the white XXR 513 wheels.

my questions are painting around the windows. do I leave it all black?, do I paint teh visors white? what about the side mirrors?
also i was thinking about leaving the engine bay etc, black.

here is a side shot if someone wants to do some photoshop, to help see what diff stuff would look like.
I can't find a good pic of the wheels, that don't have a logo on them.

the pic is a little old, all but the GothboxMom decals are off on the sides, blacked out stock tails are on, and blacked out side marker lights.

what if the whites dont match? (rims and paint) then your screwed. so why not go with something that looks good together

and the different materials will fade at different(and different toned) rates. so the rims might keep theyre white(or turn colors) and the car will not. matching wheels on a car i dont think is ever good.

well if I get my wheels before I do the paint, I can match the color better, or repaint the wheels with the same paint that is on the car to avoid this prob.

i'd say paint it white.
leave the strips/pillars around the windows black as they are now. leave the side mirrors black. leave the visors black. leave the bottom lips black. if you get my drift, i like panda style haha.

i dont know how you can afford to repaint your car all the time, but if you do dry erase i will personally drive down to memphis area, so that i can draw on it

b/c I am normally the one that does the painting, and it has always been "non automotive" paint, so its cheaper.
and you are on.

well yea, chalkboard paint is not made for cars, and the "rust" paint is originally made for flower pots/ concrete statues etc in the yard.
the chalkboard paint job cost me about $18 and the rust cost me about $50

hmm... the chalkboard style is intriguing. i dont remember if it was an xB or not, but i remember there was a car at SEMA i think that you could literally draw on and erase off like a chalkboard .... maybe you could look into that?

or maybe if you want to do white .... maybe do a gradient to a red or something ?
