Scion tC RS 1.0
too many miles for an 05, but what did the RS1 come with as in add-ons, the seats have red down the center, a red hotchkis front strut bar, some come with a red AEM battery down and red AEM oil cap, and the RS1 18" enkei wheels.
Really, don't even think about a car that new with that many miles. Do you even know the previous owner? If its a young person, they probably ran it into the ground and it's starting to have problems. Besides, if it's a dealership that has the car, they are still going to over charge you bad considering how many miles are on it. I remember a long time ago (05-06) there was an xB with only 8,000 miles on it and the place selling it wanted the full new car price.
Damn, my 05 has just over 62k and I thought that was a lot.
Ballbark I think you're looking at somewhere between $9k-10k? Maybe? If it still has the OEM 18s on it, probably a bit more. Closer to $11k.
But like others have said, don't bother. Find a good condition 07 or something if you're looking used.

It is a 1 owner vehicle it was a female driver and she did not hot rod the car.
2 Wheels have light wheel curb rash
besides that everything else works great.
Its for my wife so I will relay this back to her!
Anyone else see a rs 1 or 2 for sale?

I was specifically looking for an RS 1.0 so I ran down to Jersey to drive one with about 75000 miles. It was automatic, wheels had some light rash, seats had cigarette burns, missing the floormats, engine ran a little rough. The dealer wanted $10,500 to start, and I got them down closer to $9000 before I gave up. Honestly, I would use NADAGuides as a starting point for price, but I held out for something better. Good luck with your quest!
See the only issue with this one is the windshield has a couple chips and the trunk struts need replaced.
The thing with milage kinda confuses me because this car came out the end of 04 so you figure this car is 4 years old. The average miles that a person drives per year is 19-21k so that adds up to about perfect milage for a 4 year old car.

The national avg for mileage is no moe then 15k a year so for a 2005 it should be no more then 60k . I looked on autotrader and came up with these.

My first RS 1.0 was new at the dealer and after tax fees and all that its like $21k... My second one I just bought was $13,800 and only has 8,200 miles!! but yeah id advise you to stay under 50k miles on an 05
