Lots of ?s, need help from someone who knows their sh!t
Alright so long story short, i am re-doing my sub setup in the back from a 3.2 cu ft box to a dual sub box next to the spare in the floor. Now i previously had two rockford fosgates punch p1s running off of a rockford fosgate 300.1 mono block amplifier... dont ask me how but there are two speaker output and they worked off of them. Now this new box that i got made, only has one connection on the side of the box which means i would have to parallel wire the subs... but i dont really know what the hell i am doing with that stufff so i need lots of help...
So here is what i want to do... the two subs i bought are the ED sq10s and i want them to run at the same power of 150 watts off my amp, so i assumed that if i bought the 2 ohm subs, i would be allowed to do that. however i ran into the problem when i got the box of only having that one connection, meaning parallel wiring the subs.. so how do i tune the amp and what not for the subs to run at optimal performance?
Here is a picture of the back of the amp:

And a picture of the connector on the box:

Also, I am wondering, could i drill a hole through the fiberglass box and put another one of those connectors on the side for the other sub?
Finally, the subs are SVC subs, but on the subs there are 4 connections... there are 2 for copper wire, and 2 for silver wire.. why is that and how do i wire the subs?
What i really care about most is what to set the crossover at (LP, AP or HP), what the fu<k filter frequency is and what i should set it at for the sq10s, and what is the gain? I know it adds more power but if it is turned all the way up, is that putting a full 300 watts into the sub??
Need some serious help on setting these up. I am also debating on just selling my whole previous setup (rf subs) along with the amp and wires, and getting a new amp running 500 watts x 2 @ 2ohms.. i found a rf amp that does that, on ebay for about 260 dollars.. That way i can connect both subs using an actual 2 channel amp and pushing the most power out of the subs that they can handle.

Leave it on Low Pass with the cutoff at 80hz and start off with the gain initially set low. Crank the volume and adjust the gain slowly up until it distorts, then back it off some.
p.s. I don't know my sh?t, I just know enough to get me in trouble. :?
