Is there a way to fix this...?

i have black rims with a chrome lip and the chrome has chipped all over the place, but only on the passenger side, so its prob curb rash. is there anything i can do to fix the chipped chrome?

Is it a chrome lip or a polished lip? There is a difference.

um... i dont have a clue. how can i tell? ive used chrome polish on it but idk if its chrome or polished.
