Ebay for DVD's? Awesome

eBay for car parts that could potentially destroy your engine?

Fail

That's very common here.. it's a sad thing.

I think you should read the Honda boards more concerning the eBay turbos. Some have had bad experiences.. some good. The more recent reviews are getting better. The chinese manufactures are like any other company - they know they need to have a certain level of reliability to get more business.

While I am a big fan of the search feature, in this particular case, the OP would have had minimul results in actual FACTS instead, he'll find a lot of flames.

It's just plain old common sense. You can't boost on a budget.

A turbo kit, even the best one, can go wrong in so many ways. When you factor in that a tC isn't purpose built to be boosted, you should do everything you can to make sure it's done right.

I really hate "ebay culture", and the way everyone goes for good enough. Quality > Pricepoint.

I'll never buy ANYTHING for my car from ebay, even if it's a brand new name brand item.

well Sorry Jacked21 for the flames but its going to happen! best thing to do is move on and keep it going! No Need to get upset, yes there are a bunch of jerks and Cyber Gangsters on here, but it comes with the cyber world territory LoL So don't take it personal, i mean, in all Honesty, what kind of quality do you think you might get when really great turbo kits go for 5 to 6k and an ebay one goes for 800 to 1200??

That is all we are trying to let you see but in a rude and big brother type of way! LoL

well, considering the OP's question, the answer is blatantly clear in every thread regarding ebay turbo kits. there wouldnt be flaming if it was a viable option, now would there?
