So I'm browsing the puente hill scion website to compare prices on some accessories and notice:

window tint: 700 dollar  (California Tint inc in Rosemead will do 5 window for 130 with lifetime)
customl license plate framte 500 dollar (WTF, this frame better be made out of diamond? price mistake?)
Samurai Package - Includes Custom Wheels, Spoiler, Exhaust Tip, Decals and Window Tint (XD and TC) 4000 dollar  (decal FTL)
Scion Navi 4000 dollar (no comment)

Imagine spending more on accessories than the price of the economy 17k car.

$700 for tint?!?!?! Even the expensive German made film would be a rip-off if they charge that much. I know these do not include the front doors. Dealerships know it is illegal and don't want responsibility. The sad thing is.....MOST dealerships will try to squeeze the tint shop to do a car like the tC for $100 bucks or less and don't care what material is used and then up charge the customer.

Where do they get off charging $3,995 when it's only $2,010 on the website? I wonder if Scion Corp knows they're scalping "pure price" accessories... :lalala:

I believe the 2000 dollar if you get it install at the port when buying a new vehicle. Otherwise it's another 2000 for installation.

Here are some more from Thousand Oak scion
Lether Seats 2000 dollar
DVD Headrest 2200 dollar
:nope:

Oh, I get it then. Gotta love stealerships, though. People deserve to get fleeced like this if they don't do some basic homework on what they buy.
