Scion Navigation disc ?

Is the Scion navigation disc the same one used for a Toyota or Lexus navigation unit?
Are they interchangeable?

I know that the latest Nav Disc update is the Gen 5 Ver. 7.1. The discs are not interchangeable between Toyota and Lexus. The disc costs about $250.00.
