I got a greddy and my coworker is telling me I need to reconfirguer my ecu and the guy I bough it from says I need to get a engine mangement system for it. Am relle confuse what do I really need??

ok thanks sl peeps bc I have not a lot of money by doing a lot on my car n plus my buddy has a weapon r does he need to do da same thing just install it n he's good??

if you are referring to a weapon r intake, your buddy will need to disconnect the negative battery cable during/or after the install. once install is complete, reconnect the battery cable. start the car and let it idle for about 10 minutes or so without revving it to let the ecu reconfigure itself. he will then have to reprogram his stereo presets as well as the automatic windows.
