Sounds like Im getting the run around and Aznxguy4life has stolen 160 dollars from me.

A couple weeks ago I posted a topic in the wanting to buy section for Tein H tech springs and Aznxguy4life replied on 07/23/08 saying this

"i have a used set with the struts on it already had around 7000 miles on it let me know what you want for it donno how much to sell it for."

So I contacted him back on 07/23/08 offering 160 shipped and he said he would take and he would only take money order since he did not have paypal. I sent out the money order w/ a tracking number on it and it was delivered to his address that he sent to me on 08/02/08. Then this is the part where it started getting shady. He sent me these replies when I asked him if he got the money order.

08/03/08"I wasn't in at work yesterday so I have to check to see if I got it on monday and If I got it and it clears I'm going to ship it right away with the tracking number on it"

08/06/08"I'm sorry for the late reply because I have been busy taking care of some personal stuff. I have contacted my parter at the shop and he said he has received the money order. and I will be glady to ship out the springs and struts. but the only problem is right now I can't get a hold of the springs and struts till monday. if you don't mind waiting till then, then I will shipp it with a tracking number that day if not you can feel free to cancel to money order. I'm really sorry for the inconvicence."

I have been contacting him through scionlife pm's and calling his work number. He does work there because I got a hold of him before sending the money order reconfirming the price and saying that I was shipping out the money order.

I have tried calling him several times since then with no response. He has not resonded to my pm's neither, and has not logged onto scionlife since 08/08/08. This sucks so much. I cant believe there is people out here that think they can just steal money especially from other members. If anyone knows him, please HELP by sending me his home address and personal phone number and any other info that will help we contact him personally so I can take further action. Or if you have any suggestions please reply.

i only do paypal transactions because your protected and can almost always get your money back.

yea i got a hood from him and didnt have a problem from him which is odd :-\ ill try my best but that is the exact address and number

 

I google mapped it, it looks vacant if its supposed to be 35-07. Theres a auto shop at 35-01 and at -05 theres autobody...

Never send money orders to individuals you dont know you can trust.

If he can post online, he can make a paypal account, it is as easy as tying you shoe. If they are selling online and dont have paypal, and wont create one.. there is a reason. I never ask my customers to pay cash or money order. If they chose to, that is fine with me, but it is up to them to trust me to do that. I always send a paypal address to handle payment.

Hopefully you can get it sorted out.

I normally dont send money orders to anyone, only use paypal for that exact reason. I asked the seller and he said that he didnt have paypal, so I had only the option to trust the seller and send a money order. I also did call the seller and confirmed the purchase. But it looks like that decision ended up burning me. Guess you cant trust anyone today.

 

NEVER trust anyone that says they don't have Paypal. ANYONE can use Paypal! Wether you have an account or not......

Call the police and ask to speak to someone who can handle internet fraud. Give them the adress, phone number, name basically everything you know. and it should to the job of him being visited by NYPD.

btw we never got to tint your tails rosedaleny =( I'm leaving for Florida friday. I didn't even get a chance to check for the stuff, I was planning on retinting mine a little better too. ah well. Maybe during winter break, that's when I'll be back LOL!
