Wiring my new headunit

Hi,

I have the Kenwood Excelon DNX8120. There is a brown wire on the harness labled "MUTE". My question is... What is this wire for and where should I connect it to?

you dont need to worry about it

im pretty sure that is in case you wanted to hook up another type of bluetooth module

my mute wire is just tapped off
