Toy_xbox 12-16-2004, 08:38 AM I did it the hard and expensive way cause I wanted real JDM TRD SS brake lines so 3 months and several hundred dollars... I think highonscion has them for alot less and c-one has them but they are just as expensive... I also remember a thread that Earls or Russels was making some but that was last year I think... Hope this helps, Dave squirrel 12-16-2004, 06:23 PM I did it the hard and expensive way cause I wanted real JDM TRD SS brake lines so 3 months and several hundred dollars... Hope this helps, Dave Yeah, I remember Justin had made a prototype set that he did, and had Earl's make quite a few sets that he did for a group buy. Then some aftermarket business bought out the design from Earl's and has exclusive rights to them now. Justin got rooked big time. superjeer 12-16-2004, 07:02 PM Anyone go onto tire rack and see the strut sets? I've not seen these before: http://www.tirerack.com/suspension/suspension.jsp?autoMake=Scion&autoModel=xB&autoYear=2004&autoModClar=&make=H%26R&model=Cup+Suspension+Kit&group=Cup+Suspension+Kit&partNum=31023.1 They come up for our xB's... http://www.tirerack.com/images/suspension/search_susp/medium/hr_cup_kits_md.jpg hotbox05 12-16-2004, 07:10 PM if theyre like anything else at tirerack theyre gonna be bankroll IndigoDreams 12-16-2004, 07:22 PM green stuff = CRAP hahajoey 12-16-2004, 10:27 PM how do u know greenstuff is crap? ive never owned any but i just wanna know if your reasoning is bull____, did u install it wrong or maybe u just got a defective piece abbfanuc 12-16-2004, 10:50 PM i had the green stuff before on my accord and it was crap. wore out quickly and brake dust everywhere. But my friend had the same thing but with the full setup(rotors, pads, lines, etc.) on his SI and it was great. No dust, lasted a long time and grabbed great. My suggestion is get the green stuff with the whole setup and not just replace the pads with stock brake setup. Just my 2 cents TakumiJr 12-17-2004, 04:39 AM I tried getting those pads for about 3 months berfore I went to Poterfield and they had their pads in stock... been runnin the R4-S High Performance Street and Autocross since July love em oh yeah get some SS brake lines and Some Neo 610 brake fluid and yeah got ya a cheap alternative to a big brake kit  http://www.porterfield-brakes.com/pads.html http://www.neosyntheticoil.com/products_br.html How much for the pads and I don't see them listing pads for the scion xA/xB.
