ive been looking at pictures of alot of bb's and i dont see any with rear side markers. i would like to remove mine. if i do will there be a hole? do these things even light up or are they just reflective. thanks in advance

I think there attached by 2 screws.

There's a bolt head on the backside you have to remove. And yes, they light up with the parking lights... And yes, there'll be a spot there if you remove it.

bondo and fiberglass will be your friend. well them or a nice expensive body shop.

Well, the bBs you are looking at probably either have bodykits on them that eliminated the markers, or it's a USDM thing...

it's a USDM thing. There are options available. The topic's been beat to sh*t already, so I'll just leave it at that.

the bumpers in japan are shorter than ours thats why they don't have them.

its there so you dont get hit because you dont have any light/reflector there. dont break it though its a 45 dollar part :shock: its a sealed LED.

i wouldnt remove it if you have an Anal State inspection that checks for reflectors and stuff. when i was a state inspector in NY i had to fail some BMW's that were missing them.

Dam that sucks, we don't have those kinds of inspections here in cali. Just the most horrible smog inspection in the nation. :sad:
