Default Dual HKS Hi-Power Exhaust

I was wondering if anyone has done this yet, I'm planning to do it sometime first quarter of 2009. I'm just curious to know how it would sound before I would do it. I already have a HKS Hi-Power Exhaust and I love it a lot. I just want to know if you guys would think it would sound the same if I had two but a little louder or will it sound ricey after doing dual...

i can imagine it'll sound super ricey, because dual exhausts aren't make for 4 cylinder engines, there really isn't enough power push the air through both exhausts. but i could be wrong. its not as simple as doubling the current sound u have, it'll change ur sound completely

I had the Precision Dual Magnaflow exhaust and loved the way it sounded. since it's not a true dual and just a rear section, the sound will probably get less since your going to have 1/2 the sound going through a full size muffler

I saw a new TC on the highway when i was driving. It had duel exhaust but it didnt look aftermarket, the whole thing looked stock. I thought it was the new 09' model but it could be a spec 2.0 edition or somethin. But i'm sure you can do it if this TC had it. Just weld an x-pipe.

no tC came with dual exhaust stock..

it might be just a very clean install that it looks like it was stock.. but i can assure you it wasn't

Yea, i dunno, i must have looked in my rear view mirror about 3-4 times because the front of the car was more rounded, almost like the lexus IS series. But it looked liked the stock TC exhaust on the right and left, the guys bumper even had two spots rounded on the bottom for both exhaust tips.

If you do a dual exhaust it'll just be a split Y pipe in the rear. However, since the primary pipe bends to the right of the rear bumper, you'll have an uneven Y shape, causing the majority of the air to push out the right muffler and a smaller amount to the left muffler. The second muffler would be primarily for looks only.

well i'm probably not gonna end up using my old axleback i'm just getting new mufflers or just cut off the old pipe from the axleback but i think that might be the waste or it just might be the same thing anyways
