Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. ack154 08-27-2008, 01:03 AM Go black or go home. Well... just go black. You're probably not going to find any sort of "caliper" paint to match the RS1 and if you're off by too much, it'll just look bad with that color. pickledchang 08-27-2008, 03:47 AM the only other color that would look good (maybe) besides black is a color that matches your wheels. again, thats a big maybe... ChelsDS 08-27-2008, 05:08 AM I would go black honestly. Why paint your stock calipers a bright color when there is nothing to show off? pickledchang 08-27-2008, 05:29 AM I would go black honestly. Just buy 2 colors or 3 and mix them as best as you can. If you want to get pearls in there go to a shop that sues Dupont paints and buy some powder pearls that you think would match. Zefoxe 08-27-2008, 06:34 AM I would go black honestly. Why paint your stock calipers a bright color when there is nothing to show off? theyre better then the tCs brakes, thats plenty to show off to me :D you can always hit up a body shop to mix a can for you, just make sure its a high temp paint. ack154 08-27-2008, 12:17 PM I would go black honestly. No, really... where have you heard that? It'll look like you tried to match it and failed. sheets 08-29-2008, 01:33 AM Thanks for the posts. My shop is going to get some samples of the G2. We are also going to consider using yellow. Saw yellow on a Orange Flame 360 and it looked alright to me. Refer to link to see the 360. http://clubscuderia.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?s=9b8afbc542be6b00a075f091bff5c32c&t=19927 pickledchang 08-29-2008, 01:46 AM that looks so-so... i think it would look better with more of a darker gold color/light bronze for the calipers. xBster 08-29-2008, 03:47 AM I'm thinkin' Black or Red....keep it simple. |
