Default Sponsorship websites?

Ok so I had no Idea where to post this. But anyways. I've seen a few of the websites where you can submit your car and they send you parts, and you have to install them yourself. And goto shows for them blah blah. Are these things for real or just a bunch of BS? Do they send you crap parts ect.

I wouldn't do it... You can probably get better deals here than anywhere.

From what some of my buddies have told me, to get full sponsors (like wheels, paint, etc) you have to pretty much have a show car that's done. That shows the company that you're serious and what you can bring to the table. A rendering also helps.

Its all in what you have done in the past and what you are building now. Reputation has a big factor in it also. Nothing is for free is right. I have alot of sponsors. Dont get me wrong. But I also travel alot to different shows, do alot of write ups, and help them out alot as well. So the key to getting sponsorships is building a killer ride that people want to put their parts on.
