that does look comfortable...i guess i would have to try it out to actually judge it tho...maybe ill make a one-off next weekend if i have time $165 for a shift handle is a little expensive for me

those are very popular in the classic mopars from the late 60's-to early 70's

a lot of people with the 5 speed transmission have problems getting into second gear. I think it has to do with the syncro or something. From 1st gear at 6000+rpm, some people experience a wall trying to get into second gear...

And yeah, they are nice shifters. I was tempted to get the Hurst T shifter...but I ended up with a Greddy counter-weight...

i shift from 3rd to 5th when i get to 40 mph in third dunno if thats a good thing or not it saves me a gear shift

well if you can't jam it into 2nd there is always 3rd just by-pass 2nd
