Its simple...
1 - less than 1/4 tank gas (could be 1/8 now)
2 - tape over your gas door and gas door open
3 - roll in/set up is Friday...car has to be left overnight
4 - battery must be disconnected

This could not get any simpler. I dont know what "hoops" you are referring to.
