so i went to autozone and picked up a can of duplicolor flat black trim paint. popped the grill off and started spraying ( after cleaning it obviously ).

ok so here is the question..

my car is thundercloud.. so should i leave the scion emblem that color, or paint the silver part of the emblem black?

what is you guys opinion?

thats what im thinking.. but it kinda looks good, having just a bit of the goldish silver color ontop of the black. it contrasts pretty well. ima keep it unpainted today, cuz i have to go to work soon, so i will look at it a bit today and decide what to do..

im just unsure so far..

co-worker just got a 2nd gen and painted all the emblems flat black (based off of my suggestion )

 

Yeah, that black looks pretty tight.

 

Black looks good! the contrast makes it jump!

 

How about a different or no emblem?
