Stainless steel polish?
Just so you know you need stainless steel polish to shine it up......stainless is hard to shine........some 000 steel wool and 2000 grit sandpaper first will get it clean and looking pretty good.....also try Barkeepers Friend to remove tarnish off SS.....you can get it in the supermarket in the cleaner aisle next to Comet.....I use it on all my Allclad pans.
A high speed buffer wheel with the polish will bring back most of the shine......expect to spend a lot of hours working it to get it to look good......SS is very dense material and hard to shine to a mirror finish again.
