Default kinda new to this and have a question

So I'm starting my custom turbo kitand I was told I wouldn't need to upgrade the injectors or ecu if I'm running six pounds and under. Is this true or is smeone lying to me? If this is not true can someone point me into the rite direction to what I would need. Thanks in advance

You will need injectors and you will need some kind of standalone or piggyback to control fuel flow.

The stock injectors can not flow enough fuel to be able to create an efficient air:fuel ratio in a turbo application.

Also, you can't go off the amount of PSI running, because 6 PSI on a Turbonetics Thumper is not the same as 6 PSI on a 16G turbo. Point is, to figure out the size of the injectors you need, you'll need to know the amount of CFM the turbo will be flowing @ 6 PSI. There are calculators around the internet.

Most likely, you'll need 440-550cc injectors. Depending on the turbo size and amount of boost you'll be running.
