best fit CF hood in your opinion

in the market for buying now to install fresh for spring.

I know theres soooo many different comapnies that make one and for the money I wanna make sure I get the best I can. Def want the reverse cowl hood in some way shape or form....

SO from what you guys have seen, what hood is the BEST DIRECT BOLT ON in terms of fitament. Ive seen some pretty crappy fitting ones with huge headlight gaps and fender gaps, or that doent sit flush with either or.

any info?

I would say Kaminari, its really expensive though...

Seibon is pretty good, less expensive then Kaminari. So either Kam or Seibon imo, depending on how much you wanna fork out.

I have had a VIS cowl and a VIS oem both perfect fit and I have a VIS oem for sale I didnt even need hood pins

I have the kami and love it. Remember that you get what you pay for. And Kaminari is known for their craftsmanship!

i don't understand why they have the black bordering when no other cf hood does. anyone know the reason?

I used to have a seibon and it fit nice. Just picked up a kami a few weeks ago, and its just amazing. Had some issues with the latch, but that has been corrected and it fits amazing now.
