i already have the injen CAI and a greddy evo II cat back , i was looking at the hp racing header to do next but what after that?
what other bolt ons are readily available with out doing internals
any pulley systems or or intake manifolds yet?
what about plug wires and other stuff along these lines
all help and info is greatly apprieciated
please post websites that carry these options as well ... please

do the header....
you can bolt on trubos or superchargers with out doing internals...but those are not n/a
pulleys will not increase HP only reduce rotational mass (might make it feel faster by letteing the HP reach the pavement better)
better cluth and lightweight flywheel will help...
no wires to do as this is a direct ign. system (indivual coils at each plug)
you could do a light spray of NO2 (don't know if you call that n/a or not)

fuel regulator, pistons, headers, bigger throttle body or ITB's, clutch, flywheel, CAI, valves, valve springs, cams, cam gears, cams regrind, higher octane
lighter driveshaft, stroker kit?

some of those dont apply to the question asked tho....
no internals......
so you are left with TB or ITB's, and better fuel...
he already has a CAI...
clutch and flywheel don't make HP, but the help it get to the pavement better. and get better throttle response....

you said the magic word....internal...
and there is prep work to be done before a set of pistons can just be tossed in there....
and as far as a basic bolt on, that would include a motor swap....
if you have to take the valve cover or oil pan off, it's internal....

kinda the right idea.
its not because its aluminum, they are just lighter weight (read less mass or material)
they don't increase low-end torque, they increase throttle response by reducing rotational mass....

A lightened flywheel reduces the weight in the drivetrain thus reducing the amount of horse power/torque loss from the flywheel to the wheels. So, I guess the same could be said if you put lighter wheels on your car.

if i were to go NA on the tc. would add an intake, axle-back(which you already have), header, fuel system upgrade, lighter flywheel, clutch, pullies and re-map the ecu to start. although most of these parts are not availble for the tc yet. so, you might have to wait a little while longer.
