They use the 1st and 2nd Gen xB's in some Vegas resorts as well

But they are white. They have the room for the job

in Santa Barbara they have couple of the yellow Gen1's as there taxis, but in Ventura here is a straight up taxi company that uses gen1's and gen2's which is pretty tight.
