Default good shop on long island?

anyone know any good shops on long island to install front and rear sway bars plus lowering springs on a scion tc?

my dad owns a shop in holbrook ... does amazing work i send a lot of people to him, hes done plenty of work on tcs xbs and did my tc recently.. re painted my whole rear bumper and had it back the next day. PM me if you are interested ill give you the # and address

motorcycle season is officially ova for me ...i work at geico and i work from 5pm to 1am so riding home sux cause its sooooooooooo cold so now that I have put the bike up for the season and im not throwing money into that or my crib its time to put my time and money into the box! I had my box for 2yrs now and the most I have done to it was tail lights and head lights! I wanna do it up for 09 especialy since im a fast and furious movie nut and i cant wait for fast and furious 4 to come out in june and i wanna pull up to the moviez with a hot hooked up box so my goal is to bang some things out with the box by the time the move drops....when it comes to the a/v part of the veh im covered with that cuz im gonna go to avenue sound since they do all my whipz but this will be the first car that im doing more the a/v ( in the states...cause when i lived in germany i had a nice civic that pulled 12's but anywayz...lol ) i need a shop that can do body work, engine work, everything! please help my fellow scionliferz...........

haha thnxx too bad my baby got rear ended leaving that effn school.. thats why my car was at my dads shop thank god shes back.. dk what id do w/o my babyy lol hes realy quick about everything thank god.. when we installed my springs it took us a half hour tops .. minus me taking my whole trunk apart haha
