alrighty heres what im planning to do... I am wanting to keep my stock rims, but i am thinking about powdercoating them black with candy purple on top of it. what do yall think its a deep deep purple that @ night im hoping looks black and during the day has the hint of puple.

Keep in mind i have a CSM 09 tC and my windows are tinted as dark as they can be without it being illegal of course. blue led interior. wanting to keep the them silver blue and purple.

Please all opinions welcome although i dont want to hear purple is ____.... if i was doing rainbow, then i would understand but im not lmao

 

It's different, that's for sure. I say do it. You can always paint them a different color if you decide it's not what you want.

 

I've seen someone here with a stock white tC w/exhaust running purple stockers.. I consider myself pretty open minded, but it didn't look good at all..

 

if its a purple were u would have to double take it or look kinda close i would say go for it. make sure u post some pics if u go through with it

yeah when i was thinking about it, i was like idk, but when i actually got to see the color in person on some other parts of a cut up rim, i was like this is tizite! but its a deep deep deep deep purple. but yet again that was only a quarter of the rim, im afraid if i see the whole thing purple i might not like it, so hard, i tried doing it in photoshop and it looked really wierd, not the right purple lmao.

but yeah im still @ an undecided mind right now, caue i do want to be different but at the same time i like for ppl to like it, but yet again, there are haters on scions!

Oh it wasn't on this site, I saw it on the road around here in Orlando.. It was more of a metallic purple. Didn't look good at all on a white stock-ish tC.

 

oh ok, good, it was on a WHITE tC, i have a silver.

But from what i've seenon a silver car, deep purple looks pretty good. How do i know..... well i saw purple decals on a silver s2k but yeah 2 totally different cars but yeah you get the point.

Idk i need to do my tints and get my decals, before i decide .... so at least i still have some time lol

well its not as light as this, this one is a lollipop purple.... im getting what they call Speedway black with Candy purple. so it should be a little bit darker than this purple above.




i think this is a better look of what its close too...if not that... idk...im horrible for not taking a picture of it...dammit!
