Default What the #%$%$$!!!

Ok so i ordered a tanabe strut bar from JDMultimate.com on the 7th of october. I have yet to recieve it. I have not gotten 1 phone call from them or email. I have tried to call them several times....no answer.....i tried emailing them several times...no answer. Has anyone else dealt with these people??? Im beyond ____ed off about this whole situation and was wondering what the hell i can do about it. Cuz phone calls and emails dont seem to work! thanks guys

Haven't dealt with them, but am dealing with something similar with customxbgauges. Trying to get a response is near impossible. I won't say much more because I am giving Jason a chance to make this right.

I hear ya. well i gave them some time to contact me. but two weeks with no delivery or contact! thats ridiculous

Do you think they paypal just didnt give the funds to them and they havent shipped yet?? cuz on the order form from jdmultimate it doesnt even have a shipping date. just a processing date on the 7th

I agree. See my situation is that he gave me a tracking number. The item was mailed on the 3rd...arrived in PORTLAND (which is basically where I live) on the 7th and on the 8th it was in South Dakota. PO won't do anything without the address it came from and how it was sent....which I have emailed him and asked for with no response. I am trying to finish my car and can't without this piece. So I am giving him a chance to respond and make this right. But so far I certainly don't feel like a valued customer...

Ya that sucks. I hope everything works out for ya. I just filed a complaint with paypal so we"ll see what happens. I just want my part. Im finally lowereing my xB this weekend and would like the strut bar when i do

PayPal doesn't hold the funds. If PayPal says the money has been transferred, then the vendor has received the money in their PayPal account.

I would contact PayPal right away....don't wait another week.

paypal sucks so much though. Most of the time craps happening like this.. it ends up favoring the seller and buyer getting screwed over.

I try to pay with my credit card more than paypal because their buyer protection is waaaaay overrated.

Well since it is a Tananbe product it could be on back order from Japan, But that is no excuse for NO communication to the customer... Keep emailing them and file a complaint to Paypal... You might want to start a thread under buyer experinces and see if this has happened to others and blast their reputation... Hit them where it hurts... The wallet (not the nuts)...

file a paypall compaint "NOW", you only have a legal amount of time to do so.
if you end up getting your item then you can always cancel the complaint.
ive done alot of sending and reciving funds with paypal.
ive only gotten burned once.
paypal realy does go out of there way to help protect you.

lets say they don't resopnd to paypal eather.
paypal will side in your favor and try to issue a refund.
if no funs are avalible then paypal will lock there account untill funds are recovered, and reports it to the credit report people.
once there account is lock they can no longer do "ANY" transactions threw paypal under that name or bank account info.

if this ends in this way, you also have the option of calling your local police and getting them to contact paypal.
paypal will give every piece of info they have to the police so that they can get it worked out for you.
call paypal, talk to them, see what your options are.

I filed a complaint with paypal yesterday and what do you know, the seller responds. They said they are waiting on this from the manufacture. so ShaffNasty your probably right on it being on back order or something like that. i guess im just impatient but after 2 weeks i think i have the right. thanks guys

You have absolutely every right to be mad... 2 weeks and no communication is beyond bad business... It is up to them to notify you that the item is on back order right away and try to give you a reasonable time frame... They should probably have told you before ordering that the item is on back order....

Yea. No tellin how long it will be now. As long as i get it itll be ok, i would of like to have heard from them and not me filng complaints to get their attention.....bastards

Try dealing with air ride or xb all stars....____ty service....

Not responding to customers is a ____ty way of doing business and a good way of loosing business.

Tanabe-USA posted in the suspension forum that they have a shipment of springs coming in about a week. Hopefully they will have strut bars in that same shipment for all their retailers. If so, you should only have to wait a couple weeks... unless JDMultimate.com takes as long to ship as they do to acknowledge a backorder.
