Two free services including tire rotations this time, good at any toyota dealer and you have to use them for your first two otherwise you lose them.

Page 3 of your Scheduled Maintenance Guide (at least that's where it is for the '08 xB). The first two complimentary services do not have to be done at exactly 5,000 miles and 10,000 miles, but they must be performed within 18 months or 12,000 miles (whichever occurs first) of your vehicle's original in-service date.

ive only had my 09 xb2 for about 3 months and had already 2 free oil changes. first at 1600, had some issues i need solved and ended up giving me 1 free oil change because i complained at them because they overcharged me for a few things . second oil change at 7600 for my first freebie oil change last week. will probably have my last freebie oil change at around 13000 then i will start my own oil change with royal purple or amsoil synthetic, that should be by next month

For a dealership to be reimbursed from Scion for the complimentary oil changes, I believe the service order must show mileage of 12,000 or less. If you wait until 13,000 to go in, you could get screwed out of the 2nd freebie unless you have some kind of special agreement because of the first one they did at 1600 miles.

well i figured 13000 because that will be 5000 since last oil change, but i can do 12000 then.

Check with the dealership to be sure, I'd just hate to see them deny the freebie because you had passed the cut-off.

They do but, why would you? I like doing it myself and knowing exactly what went into the motor. Dealerships are shady as f***. I know from personal experience.
