I got all the interior out, I took the 3 strut tower bolts our for the rear. Now How do i get this bolt out it seems very tight. Yes i removed the nut on the other side. But it seems like its in there pretty good.. Do i have to compress the back spring to get the bolt out?

This is the bolt I mean I highlighted it red...

to get that bolt out you have to push down on the control arm, remove the sway bar bolt. That will make it easier on you, :D

i had a LOT of trouble getting those torqued loose. I had to use a 3 ft breaker bar w/ a 5 foot Iron rod extension.

But yea, once you get the nut loose just push down on the arm and it should loosen quite a bit. I got mine out by hand.

I was just about to call you when you answered me... lol

Anyways guys, Yep got it out, Got the back springs on after 7 hours  I got one front one in because it was about to rain, But I noticed something. When I turn my wheel all the way to one side (left or right) I hear a slght rubbing noise. Like the noise your brakes make when they have rust on them. Im wondering what this is. Darren said to check to see if the bushings went in right. I will recheck everything tomorrow if everything looks ok and the problem is still there I want answers people!!! :D Ill keep you all posted on how it does BTW Tein's give the tC a nice drop!

I hope you lined up the top mount with the strut assembly, there is an arrow on the top mount thats supposed to be pointed out when you put the assembly back together.

They didn't make them easy did they. Make sure you get an alignment if you have 18inch wheels or bigger.

Ya they were a pain in the a$$ for me to get out too....awesome drop. I don't think you need an alignment. Mine still rides straight as an arrow :)

with the stock wheels, an alignment is not needed. But anything wider I would recomend an alignment. :D

My genreal rule of thumb is, if the car has suspension mods or new tires and wheels, get an alignment.

Even of the car is only lowered an inch, the toe WILL BE effected. Thus effecting tire wear. I would rather pay $60 for a 4 wheel alignment than to pay over $200+ for tires AND an alignment a few months or so down the road.
