That was taken the day I put the S-Techs on. I was running the stock steelies with the hub caps removed but as I had to take the tires off to do the springs I stole the Rota's off my Datsun 510 as it was on blocks and had new rubber! Man the xB used to shine back then!

Thanks, I'm old school at heart and these take me back to 510's, 240Z's and Corolla Mangos! They don't pop visually as much as my House of color candy apple coated 17's which I got compliments on all the time but for me they are perfect and I love the ride of 15's with 50's!! I repaired the 17's at least 4 times due to crappy roads and will not go back!

Before I discovered turbos I used to run a RedBull can up front for power, got alot of strange looks and helpful "older" folks used to point out that I had something stuck on my grill! Box would look better in that picture if the front windshield was tinted like the backs but alas too many tinted windo fix-it tickets for me already!

Did you need spacers for the OG-Sans to clear the caliper?

Yes, luckily I realized before I drove the box! 5mm did a good job I want to shave the carrier down and do away with the spacer or get extended lugs and add another 5mm in the back (I have 10mm OTG now)

Thanks, it's basic compared to most you guys! I'm hoping to revitalize it soon nothing too crazy just clean up the wear and tear! I just put new suspension on, swapped in a low mile motor and will replace all the bushings soon as well as yet another brake job! Love the first gen it has been great to me and I'm looking to keep it on the road for a lot longer!
