Default 235/45/17 or 245/45/17?

Will they fit on the stock wheel, and what tire pressure would I run.... yes I know the sidewall flex will be nuts!

Don't put anything bigger than a 225 on a stock wheel, or you'll be very unhappy.

They will fit, but if you plan on running any thing over 235's you need to go down to a 40 series tire on the stock wheels. The 45 will throw your Speedo off and have the "larger" gear effect. Why would you want to run that wide anyways? What kind of tires do you plan on using. Not only will they be bulging out but you will have horrible side wall flex (as you stated) Unless you plan on running some high end street tires, or Hoosiers for road racing/auto x I see no benefit to this.

The sidewall flex will most likely negate any performance (laterial grip) the wider tire gives you.

Unless this is for drag racing. Then you're OK.
