Looks decent. How about doing the same on gas tank door.

looks good, i think the gas tank cover might be a little much tho.

 

For years, with most manufacturers, all the base models had one-color-fits-all black door handles and mirrors. You had to get the top end model to get body color handles/mirrors. So congratulations, you've just turned your car into a base model.

 

I was thinking the exact same thing. With my previous vehicles I would have killed for factory painted door handles. I don't see why you'd want the handles to stick out like sore thumbs. Each to his/her own I reckon.

 

i like it man . keep it original.

 

To each his own idea of what is cool. That's why I bought my xB to do what I want. Especially since there was a larger market of affordable aftermarket parts at launch.

 

I have a bsp xB so I get black no matter what. Did you have them resprayed?

grille is already black with the emblem in BCP. got a white one and painted it black. i'll take pic of that and post it if you would like to see it..letmeknow

 

Looks good with all of the other non body parts (wheels and window frames)painted in some sort of black color. Besides it might make that "flat spot" where the door handles are not so noticable. Looks better than a guy here in town that has a factory painted dark green Honda Accord with BRIGHT yellow door handles and mirrors and spoiler. Bascially anything that could be masked off at a seam... Real nasty....

It looks good.....why not the black gas door? Hell after that get a hood and a rear hatch........just a thought. :?
