Default anyone know where i can get hood pins installed in socal?

Ive been calling shops up and they all say they cant do it. I got ahold of two shops that say they could do it, one shop wants 180-200 to do it and the other 100. Let me know if thats a normal price people pay or if theres other shops that you know of that would do it cheaper. I live in Orange County area so if theres a place near here plz let me know. Thanks
