Default Headrest monitors, which to buy?

I am just about to order some headrest monitors and really would like to know if anyone has any experience with a certian model or brand. If you could please let me know some good quality options and the price range. I am going to be hooking up either my slim ps2 or xbox to the monitors.

Figured someone has some they really like.

Myron and Davis make them specifically for the vehicle. I dont have a website but I use to sell them at my shop. You dont need to cut into the headrest because when you order them, they allready come pre-assembled. They are about 1000 bucks for two headrests, two wireless head phones, dvd player and some other junk.

Is it much easier to hook a system up to them? I went on their site and they look really nice. Are they easy to connect a game system to ?

Its cake to hook a gaming system to them. They are great quality, and the cool thing is that you get to keep your stock head rests.

You know building a set your self is not too hard to do.You can get some nice monitors in the 9" area taht will go right in with good quality.

Google 9" monitor headrest and you wil find a lot of info. You should be able to build a nice set for under $500

ya I know I was shooting for just really the monitors and I would make it myself. Is Rca, audobahn, visualize any trustworthy brands? I found some for about 150 that are 7" and I think they will look great and be way less just want to know if they are good or not. They all are tft lcd screens, is that good quality?

Well I have Pyle and RCA listed in my bookmarks.both are about $225 a pair .LCD monitors are all about the same quality wise.....there are cheap ones.....and I would not buy them.I have seen both brands listed and both had great picture.Clean install, and the Pyle ones I saw have been going for over a year no problems. The RCA ones were new under 3 months but also with no issues.

there are also monitors from Alpine, and I found one from Eclipse but lost the link.both were more but shoudl be fine quality wise.

never buy pyle, trust me. RCA... ehh Alpine screens are really nice. But with all of these you will need to cut into your headrest.

Agreed for the cost the RCA looked the best in person....which was odd as it was the middle of the line brand.Pyle looked good but their rep is not so good.

The Alpine probably is the best, but spendy unless you find on sale.

Try to find some shop that is closing down. I know a bunch of tweeters are closing down. Go find one and get anything you want at cost pretty much.
