Default Help me decide what springs... PLEASE

Im getting ready to purchase some enkei rf-10 18"x8 rims and need suggestions on what springs to get a good drop with a good ride. I hear a lot of good things about the tanabe nf210's as well as the df210's. I pretty muchly canceled out the trd springs because the drop is not quite as aggressive as I want and even opened my eyes to the Eibach sportlines and the Sprint's. Suggestions please!!!

How low do you wanna go and how low do you think you can handle on a daily basis?

I'd suggest either the DF210's or the Hotchkis setup.

I my Hotchkissss.

What shocks? I've been on the stock shocks with the Hotchkis springs for about 9-10 months now. I've lowered 2 other 2nd gen xB's with Tanabe DF210's. Also both with stock shocks.

The DF210's, Hotchkis', and the Eibach Sportline kit will all get you down more than the TRD's and NF210's.

Hotchkis currently has a $50 off rebate if you get the springs and sways. I have the springs and sways and absolutely love them.

I found that website and they claim 1 3/8" front and 2 1/4" rear drop does that sound about right?

Truthfully, I didn't even measure when I did mine. I was too stoked. I have stereo gear in the back and I'm sitting at around 24.5" (measured from the top of the wheel arch) all the way around.

that thing looks bad@$$ even on stock rubber. From what I have been looking at $500 is a really good price for both sways and springs all the way around!!

If you're in snow country, then throw some Blizzak tires on your stock steelies for the winter and you'll be fine. Save the nice wheels for the good seasons, so the salt doesn't eat them up.

I didn't have much of a problem last year. I got hemmed up exiting the driveway at the house I used to live at. It was a culdesac and it NEVER got plowed. Got to love suburbs on the west side of the valley. I moved out of the suburbs in late January and into the city. I never have had any problems with any type of clearance when the snow hits. You can hear snow underneath your car, but it's not that big of a deal. It's snow. :D
One time, driving from Wyoming back to Utah in the snow... Yeah. That was a fun, white knuckled, edge of your seat journey... Truckers are crazy.
