What is the big difference in the two? I see them for around the same price but which one is more effecient? The adjustable one sounds better.

u mean the cheap ebay sleeve over coils. i have em. most people think they are complete garbage. they are almost right. just dont believe it when they say 3 or 4 inch full drop its more like 2.5 but good for the price they are only on my car untill i get my air bags. i would say get some tanabe df210's and be happy they can be found on ebay for as cheap as 155 shipped. so do that theyre nice and look good.

So I should just basically stick with the lowering springs?
