Yes, I believe most of the tC headlights fog. Mainly the driverside.

Ours did it for a while and I noticed that it went away. If it keeps doing it take it to Toyota. My dealer said they'll change the headlight??

you probably have seal failure, the dealership should replace it.

Nothing wrong with mine and it rains plenty. If there is anything other than mild condensation that goes away quickly (those headlights are hot), I'd take it to the dealer. It won't wreck anything right away, but this is a new car and they should fix it.

Toyota uses a vented type light assembly, if they didn't, the heat from the halogen bulb could cause the lens to crack or explode under cold conditions. If it's below freezing where you are, it's possible to get some condensation built up. It will go away eventually. Toyota has told us the only way to warranty headlight assemblies is if they are cracked due to defects or if there is standing water within the assembly. Give it some time and wait till it gets warmer out...it'll go away.

Both of my headlights would fog up in the rain (this was in warm weather). The dealer replaced the headlights and the problem hasn't returned.

yep, I found water condens today when washing the car, the only thing I worry about is it could make the len and the chrome look dull when come over time, like some old car.

Def. a Seal Failure..Take it right to the Dealership after a cool Rain and show em..Im sure the warranty will cover it!

i would take it back to the dealer while it is fogged up to show them. at that point they should order a new one and replace it

I have it too on the driver side. Not too much though. Let us know if anyone has luck with the dealer replacing it w/o a serious crack or defect.

Um... Is this true?

I've never heard of a car that had it's lights fogging up stock.

The only difference is that old cars actually used chrome... the "chrome" part of the headlights in the tCs are just plastic, so that won't be an issue.

Mine does it too when it's super cold out. Kinda ____ed me off... makes the car look cheap.
