does anybody know how to remove original shift **** from automatic xb
and change to new one?

I have been wanting to do this too! I know that the only auto shift know available (that I have been able to find, at least!) is the RAZO RA91 here http://www.sounddomain.com/sku/RAZRA91 It has an overdirve button which is the key to the whole mod for us auto drivers.

I have seen it installed in Chesire Cat's xA. There are probably some pictures in his profile.
You can find them on eBay for around $90.00 brand new and it really doesn't seem too difficult to install.

It involves removing the original shifter and lifting out the center console to get to the wiring. I have to still do this myself, and I was lucky enough to get some great advice from Randode and it shouldn't be too hard. I just have to make some time to get to it !

The shifter is not really my style but, seeing it on Chesire Cat's ride it looked pretty cool...
