I see one of these for sale, but not the complete center console

Is this a direct swap into USDM models?

I know there is a harness in the back to plug in but the wiring i'm not worried about

My xB oven/lighter/button area is gouged to crap from a pervious owner and was thinking of this to replace it since its in mint condition.

it's not a direct replacement. some cutting is involved to make it fit
